    Getting Started with WriteGo

Everything you need to know to begin your WriteGo journey.

    Welcome to WriteGo

WriteGo is an AI writing workspace and integrity-review platform. Start with Writer Agent to plan, draft, and revise with source context, then use focused writing tools, Integrity Review, or AI detection when the document needs them.

    Creating Your Account

    1. Sign up: Visit the signup page and create your account using your email or sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
    2. Choose a plan: Select from Free or Pro plans based on your needs. Each plan offers different credits, tools, and workflow limits.
    3. Verify your email: Click the verification link sent to your email to activate your account.
    4. Complete your profile: Add your name and customize your preferences in the account settings.

    Using WriteGo: The Basics

    Method 1: Web Interface

    1. Log in to your WriteGo account at writego.ai.
    2. Open a tool such as Writer Agent, Integrity Review, Grammar Checker, or AI Detector from the tools menu.
    3. Paste or upload text depending on the workflow you want to use.
    4. Enter your request in the text box, describing the review, rewrite, translation, or citation task you need.
    5. Review the result check the reasoning, and revise the document with appropriate context.

Method 2: Chrome extension (manual beta)

    1. Request and load the manual beta from the extension details page. Version 1.0.0 is loaded unpacked in Chrome Developer mode and is not listed in the Chrome Web Store.
    2. Create a Platform API key with platform:runs:write and platform:runs:read scopes in your dashboard.
    3. Save the API key in extension settings. The key and 20 recent result summaries stay in chrome.storage.local.
    4. Select or paste text and explicitly start a check from the context menu or popup. The beta does not inject scripts into visited pages.
    5. Review the detector result for inputs from 50 to 30,000 characters, and treat the output as probabilistic review evidence.

    Your First WriteGo Request

Here are some examples of requests you can make:

    • “Plan an essay from this brief and these source notes”
    • “Review this draft for clarity, citations, and passages that need manual attention”
    • “Rewrite this paragraph in a clearer but still original voice”
    • “Summarize this article and keep the key citations”
    • “Translate this source passage for my research notes”

    Pro Tip: Be Specific

The more specific your request, the better the results. Include details about data types, review criteria, source constraints, and desired outputs whenever possible.
