This policy explains who owns WriteGo's published content, how it is reviewed, how AI assistance is handled, and how corrections and AI-detector claims are governed.

Review and publication process

Pages should describe the current product and give readers enough context to evaluate the information. Review depth is proportional to the consequence of the claim.

A page begins with a defined reader need and a check against the product, policy, or methodology it describes.
Before publication, a WriteGo reviewer checks clarity, internal consistency, working link targets, and alignment with the current user experience.
Material external factual claims are checked against accessible primary sources when available. A citation must support the exact statement, date, and qualifier attached to it.
Uncertain or incomplete evidence is presented with limitations; publication does not turn probability into certainty.

AI assistance and source verification

AI tools may support editorial work, but generated text is not treated as evidence and does not replace accountable review.

AI may assist with outlines, translation drafts, proofreading, summarization, or alternative phrasing.
Source titles, quotations, numbers, links, product capabilities, and material conclusions must be checked before publication.
Content must not use fabricated citations, fictional experts, or credentials that cannot be substantiated.
When a source cannot be verified, the claim should be removed, narrowed, or clearly labeled as unconfirmed.

AI-detector claim policy

WriteGo describes detector output as review evidence rather than proof of authorship. A score should be interpreted with the document, writing history, and applicable policy.

We do not present a detector score as a conclusive accusation or recommend using it as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision.
A performance claim should identify its evaluation scope, including relevant dataset composition, language or domain, product or model version, test date, metrics, and limitations.
Numerical accuracy claims should not be published without auditable supporting material that explains how the result was obtained.
Pages distinguish capabilities that are available from features that are beta, limited, planned, or documented as examples.

Review cadence and material updates

Content is reviewed when a product capability, policy, methodology, cited source, or material claim changes. Higher-consequence pages receive priority. A substantive review or correction should update the page's visible review date; minor spelling or formatting changes may not.

WriteGo evaluates reported issues against the current product, policy, and available sources. Material errors should be corrected or removed, and uncertainty should be made explicit when the evidence remains incomplete.
