Anything word-for-word wears quotation marks and a page locator; paraphrase restates the idea in genuinely your own structure, still with a citation. Every in-text citation appears in the reference list and every reference entry is cited in the text. Entries should resolve — a DOI, arXiv ID, PubMed ID, or URL that actually reaches the work — and follow one style consistently.
